This is why our wigs may be priced higher, as we fairly compensate each hair donor for their contribution. Please read the description for each wig to see where the hair was sourced from.

While we do not create custom or bespoke wigs, we take pride in crafting unique, ready-to-ship wigs that are available for immediate delivery.

Yes, we offer VAT relief for customers who require wigs for medical reasons. If you need a wig due to a medical condition, we can remove the VAT from your purchase.

Simply complete a VAT exemption form, which you can find here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5a805151e5274a2e8ab4f751/Eligibility_Declaration_Disabled_-_March_2015__2_.pdf

Please complete page 2 only and send back to us so the VAT will be deducted accordingly, before making your wig purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 returns per month. Once this quota is met, we will notify you and advise on the next steps. In some cases, we may block customers based on an excessive returns history.

• Pre-Authorisation Required: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Return Charges: Refund charges are covered by the customer.

• Eligible Items: We only accept returns for ready-to-ship wigs, ready-to-ship bundles, and accessories.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that wigs that have been worn are not eligible for returns or compensation. It is also the client’s responsibility to inspect the wig upon receipt to ensure it meets their requirements before wearing or altering it. This ensures fairness for all our clients and preserves the integrity of our products.

Additionally, please do not remove the lace tag that comes on pre-cut wigs. Once removed, this wig cannot be returned.

We offer next-day delivery for customers within the UK!

• Order Timing: To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order by 12 PM (noon) from Monday to Thursday.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

• International Orders: While next-day delivery isn’t available for international orders, we offer express delivery that typically takes between 6-14 days, depending on customs.

• Shipping and Billing Address: Please note that your shipping and billing addresses must be the same to avoid order cancellation.
