Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for ready to ship wigs, ready to ship bundles and accessories.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. To log in to your account, click the basket icon on the home page or the link in bold above.
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with a shipping label and shipping instructions.
The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (£10 for addresses in UK and £30 for addresses internationally). 
If you prefer to ship back the item using your own tracked service please let us know in the refund request notes and then we will email you after with shipping details.
After the product is successfully returned, you will receive a refund.
