Please Read Before Booking:

This appointment is a private wig try-on and purchase session.

It is designed for clients who arrive prepared, with a general understanding of wigs and their personal preferences. Calm beginners are welcome; however, this service is not intended for clients who require extensive hand-holding, step-by-step education, or ongoing reassurance.

This appointment is designed exclusively for clients who already love one or more wigs from our current collection and want to try them on before making a purchase. If you’ve seen a wig (or several) on our website that you’re seriously considering, but you’d like to check the fit, feel, or look in person before buying, this appointment is for you.

During your wig try-on session, you will:

• View and try on specific, in-stock wigs currently listed on our website

• Check fit and confirm cap size if required

• Assess colour, construction, and overall appearance in person

• Purchase your selected wig during the appointment, subject to availability

Aftercare and Expectation: 

Wigs are personal items, and their longevity is dependent on how they are worn, handled, and cared for by the client.

Lux Beauty Essentials does not provide ongoing aftercare, extended education, or long-term support following purchase. 

No guarantees are offered beyond the condition of the wig at the time of purchase.

Clients are expected to thoroughly examine the wig during their appointment. If there is anything you are uncertain or uncomfortable with, the wig should not be purchased.

Important Clarifications:

This is not a custom wig consultation. We do not take custom wig requests, and we cannot modify existing wigs to suit individual specifications.

All consultations are strictly for trying on wigs that are currently listed as in stock on our website. If you already love the wig(s) as-is and simply want to confirm your choice in person, this service is perfect for you.

Otherwise, if you’re looking for something bespoke or want a wig altered to your liking, we kindly ask that you do not book this consultation.

Other important information:

• You will receive 2 emails after booking your service - one confirming payment and another with the booking details included, including our full address.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment date and time in order to avoid forfeiting your payment. You can contact us at luxbeautyessentials@gmail.com 
• All the wigs that are available online will be the same wigs available during your appointment at the Showroom. They are available to purchase during your consultation on a first come first serve basis.
• You can attend with 1 extra guest only.
• Prices are identical online and in store.

• Wigs are sold on a first come, first served basis and may be purchased during the appointment.
