We specialise in luxury, ready-to-ship wigs only. Custom wigs are not available under any circumstances.

If you are searching for something highly specific, this service may not be the right fit. Please review the current collection before booking.

Please Read Before Booking:

This consultation is designed exclusively for clients who already love one or more wigs from our current collection and want to try them on before making a purchase. If you’ve seen a wig (or several) on our website that you’re seriously considering, but you’d like to check the fit, feel, or look in person before buying, this appointment is for you.

During your consultation, we will:

• Discuss your preferred wig(s) from our website and help you confirm which one is the right match.
• Guide you through our wig cap sizing system and take your measurements to ensure the most comfortable and secure fit.
• Allow you to try on the specific in-stock wigs you’re interested in to help you decide confidently.
• Offer expert tips on fit, styling, and how to wear and care for your wig.
• Share advice on maintaining your wig’s quality and longevity, and show you the accessories available for purchase.

Important Note:

This is not a custom wig consultation. We do not take custom wig requests, and we cannot modify existing wigs to suit individual specifications.

All consultations are strictly for trying on wigs that are currently listed for sale on our website. If you already love the wig(s) as-is and simply want to confirm your choice in person, this service is perfect for you.

Otherwise, if you’re looking for something bespoke or want a wig altered to your liking, we kindly ask that you do not book this consultation.

Other important information:

• You will receive 2 emails after booking your service - one confirming payment and another with the booking details included.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment date and time in order to avoid forfeiting your payment. You can contact us at luxbeautyessentials@gmail.com 
• All the wigs that are available online will be the same wigs available during your appointment at the Showroom. If you would like to reserve specific wigs that you are interested in purchasing during your appointment, please leave a note stating the wig names when checking out.
• You can attend with 1 extra guest only.
